With just 57 homes, a forest next door and a private clubhouse, it feels closer to a private estate than an apartment block. The listed prices work out to around 42,000 per sq ft, so compare them with good floors in GK, Panchsheel and nearby colonies, and check the maintenance and club charges. Because so few homes exist, availability is the main constraint. If one suits you, it is worth moving quickly.
