What we cover

Our Updates section covers news that matters to people buying, selling or investing in Gurgaon and the wider NCR: housing prices and sales, new launches, possession and delivery news, infrastructure such as roads and metro lines, and orders and rules from HRERA, DTCP, HSVP and other authorities.

Who writes it

Updates are written and reviewed by Triverse Homes advisors, led by Naveen Kumar, Director, who has more than 16 years of experience in real estate. The author of each update is named at the top and at the end of the article.

Sources

Every update is based on published reporting, official orders and notifications, or research reports. We name the source at the end of each update and link to it where it is available online, so you can read the original.

We write each update in our own words. We check figures, dates and names against the source before publishing, and we do not add facts that the source does not support.

Analysis and opinion

The closing lines of an update explain what the news may mean for buyers and investors. This is our advisors’ view, clearly separated from the reported facts, and it is not investment, legal or tax advice. See our disclaimer.

Independence

Triverse Homes is a real estate advisory registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA PKL/REA/2348/2023), and we work with many of the developers we write about. We hold updates about those developers to the same standard as any other, and we report regulatory orders and delays as well as launches and sales.
