The appeal is a new, gated Godrej high-rise inside South Delhi, with brand-run spa, gym and concierge services. Godrej quotes only one price, ₹5.99 Cr for a 2.5 BHK, and does not tie it to a size, so a per sq ft rate cannot be worked out from official data; note the main South Estate listing shows a lower 2.5 BHK price. Okhla Phase I is still mainly industrial, and the June 2025 possession date shown on the page has passed while the project is still marked under construction.
