The location suits people who travel often or work across Delhi and Gurugram, though Bijwasan Road is not an established premium neighbourhood in the way central or south Delhi colonies are. Unit sizes are not published on the official site, so the ₹7 Cr entry price cannot be judged per sq ft yet; ask for carpet areas and compare with nearby ready stock before deciding.
