The Lotus Temple outlook, only 114 homes and a private lift lobby for each make it a clear play for space and privacy. The design team is well known, and the Delhi RERA registration is in place. What is missing is the money side: no price, unit size or possession date has been published, so value cannot be judged yet. Ask for carpet areas, the price per sq ft and the RERA completion date, and check how much of the view is protected over time.
Best suited to: Families wanting a large new apartment with views in an established South Delhi colony
