Naveen Kumar, Director29 Oct 2026The Amaryllis is one of very few new high-rise apartment projects in Central Delhi, which is its main strength: large 4 and 5 bedroom homes near Karol Bagh, a 20th-floor skywalk with a pool and gym, and a full club. The Sky Villas, with private rooftop pools and lifts, are unusual for the city. The weak points are on transparency. Unity Group publishes no prices and no possession date, so value per sq ft cannot be judged from official data, and two RERA registrations cover the phases on offer. Buyers should confirm which phase and tower a unit sits in, its RERA completion date and construction progress before committing.
Best suited to: Large families who want a big new apartment in Central Delhi
