M.S.Mittal, Chairman are present on behalf of the promoter, who have submitted application dated 24.12.2021 requesting for withdrawal of the application filed for registration of the above project along with a request for adjustment of the deposited fees in above case to the project of their sister company M/s ROF Infratech and Housing Pvt. Ltd. for 14.775 acres DDJAY plotted colony in Sohna (license No. 92 of 2021). The request is allowed subject to deduction of the processing fee i.e., Rs. 2,72, 861/- at prescribed rate and transfer of balance amount, if any, to their above DDJAY Sohna project, which is separately under consideration for registration.
