First Hearing                                                                                                                                                                                     Proceedings dated 08.11.2021                                                                                                                                                         Ms. Isha Singh, Architectural Executive briefed the facts about the case.                                                                                         Sh Mayank Prajapat (Company Secretary) is present on behalf of the promoter. The promoter has submitted the reply today itself in the afternoon at the reception of the Authority.  The concerned Architectural Executive is directed to examine the reply and put up before the Authority before the next date of hearing.                                                                                                                    The matter decided to come up on 16.11.2021.

Ms. Isha Singh, Architectural Executive briefed the facts about the case.Shri Mayank Prajapat, Company Secretary and M.S.Mittal, Chairman, are present on behalf of the promoter.Shri M.S.Mittal, partner in LLP did a great favour to the authority for appearing himself and giving glimpse of his good look and smile. The authority is grateful to him for such gesture of kindness . Service plans and  estimates have been approved at the level of Chief Engineer , copy of which was handed over during proceedings. There is likelihood to get approval and service plans estimates in near future for depositing of BG with the department.From such a great person which should not insist zoning plan approval.  Keeping in view the gesture and personality, authority decides to grant the registration subject to payment of BG of ten lac each. Necessary approvals be submitted within a period of two months.
