BPTP has been building across Delhi NCR for two decades, with a strong presence in Faridabad and Gurgaon. Many buyers will know its earlier projects in the Sohna Road and Dwarka Expressway belts.
Its current Gurgaon offering on our list is BPTP Downtown 66, in Sector 66 on the Golf Course Extension Road. It is a well-placed location, close to the Southern Peripheral Road and an easy drive to Golf Course Road.
