Krishan Kumar (Director) are present on the behalf of the promoter.The AR of the promoter clarifies before the Authority that the application for the approval of building plans has been made in the concerned department and the final approval is still awaited due to technical issues being faced on the website of DTP Gurugram and the approved building plans shall be submitted in the Authority within one week. keeping in view the above, the Authority decides to grant in- principle registration to the project subject to the submission of approved building plans in the Authority within one week.The matter to come up for compliance on 17.08.2022
