The following deficiencies are still pending: 1.      Copy of Mutation, jamabandi and aks- shajra has not been provided, current date certification of the same is required. Status: -Provided, copy of mutation is not provided. 2.      Copy of sale deed is not provided. 3.      Copy of mining permission need to be submitted. 4.      Copy of NOC letter for storm water drainage not attached. 5.      Although, annexure C is attached to the application form but the contents are not provided.  6.      The Legal documents related to allottees are not in the proper format. The same needs to be provided. Status: -Allotment letter need to be in prescribed format. Observations – Part-E-Project Cost/sale Proceeds Financial resources of the project mention in s.no 9. CA Certificate for the equity by the promoter needs to be provided. Copy of approval of home loan tie up not provided. On the request of the promoter he next date for rectifying all deficiencies is 14.10.2020(one months’ time). The matter will be heard next on 19.10.2020 at 3:00 p.m.
