Sh. Ashish Kush, Planning Executive briefed about the facts of the case. None is present on behalf of the promoter. The promoter has applied for registration u/s 4 of the Act of 2016 but the approval of building plan are not submitted alongwith the application. Therefore, in the absence of approved building plan in the file further process could not be initiated. In view of the same, the Authority decides to return the application of the promoter alongwith the fee submitted with the direction to submit the file a fresh after obtaining building plans approval from the competent Authority.
