The application for registration of the project was considered by the authority. The Planning Assistant briefed about the project. There are certain clarification which are likely to be obtained from the promoter such as the promoter has submitted the non-encumbrance certificate whereas on the other part, project land is mortgaged by the company has been mentioned. The promoter has submitted reply of the show cause notice dated 29.5.2020 on 26.6.2020. The reply needs to be examined. The deficiencies if any remain even after this reply same shall be communicated to the promoter immediately so that before next date compliance is done otherwise the application for registration shall be rejected. Matter is fixed for 13th of July 2020 at 3-00 PM online.
