Prince Kumar (AR) and Ms. Megha Solanki (Advocate) are present on behalf of the promoter. The approval of zoning plan has been obtained and submitted on 09.12.2024. Approved as proposed subject to rectification of deficiencies mentioned above including submission of the list of plots and plans duly signed by the developer and landowner showing the share of the landowners viz a viz developer.
