Victory Valley Retail

Ms. Prachi Singh, Planning Executive and Sh. Ashish Dubey briefed about the facts of the project. Ms. Urvashi Wadhawan (AR), Sh. Upendra Khanduri (AR) and Sh. Sandeep Dhiman (AR) are present on behalf of the promoter states that the additional time is required to rectify the deficiencies communicated to them. They further submitted that an application for BIP permission has been filed with DTCP, Haryana, which will be obtained upon renewal of the licenses.   The Authority observes that the promoter submitted an application under Section 4 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 for registration of the project titled “Victory Valley Retail” on 04.11.2025. Since the date of submission and upon requests made by the promoter, the promoter has been granted three (3) opportunities of hearing to comply with the deficiencies communicated through a duly issued deficiency notice. Despite the repeated opportunities of hearing, it is noted that the licenses, revised building plan, environmental clearance and AAI NOC have expired, and a substantial number of deficit documents including deficit fee, revised service plan and estimates remain pending and have not been submitted by the promoter. Keeping in view the above non-compliance, the Authority hereby returns the present application for registration of the project with directions that promoter may apply afresh for registration certificate after obtaining the legal capacity of the promoter, revalidated building plan approval, environmental clearance and after securing all other requisite documents necessary for compliance. The processing fee deposited with the application stands forfeited and remaining balance fee, if any, shall be adjusted against the fresh application for registration, as and when submitted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
