Proceedings dated 19.01.2022 Ms. Neeraj Gautam, Architectural Executive briefed about the facts of the project. Ms. Anjana (AR) joined the proceedings through VC  on behalf of the promoter.  The promoter was advised to attend/rectify the deficiencies as pointed above and also clarify whether there are any changes in the layout/zoning plan/building plan earlier sanctioned before the incorporation of the additional license area. An affidavit in this regard be submitted. The matter to come up on 31.01.2022.

The approval of fire scheme, and service plans and estimates are applied to the concerned departments and the final approval is still awaited. Online corrections in DPI and REP-I (Part A-H) have been done by the promoter. Further, the AR undertakes that no modification has been done in the previous sanctioned building plans issued for 5.0 acres for the project namely “Ultimus”. The authority decides to grant the registration subject to the submission of bank guarantee of Rs. 10 lakhs on account of approved fire scheme and 10 lakhs on account of approved service plans and estimates within seven days from the grant of registration. This bank guarantee shall be forfeited in case the approved fire scheme and approved service plans and estimates are not submitted within three months from the date of grant of registration.
