Ar. Neeraj Gautam (Associate Architectural Executive) and Ms. Asha (Chartered Accountant) briefed about the facts of the case. Sh. Vipul Kumar Dahiya (AR) and Sh. Yudhveer Singh (AR) are present on the behalf of the promoter. The AR of the promoter applicant requested for time to comply with the deficiencies. The Authority granted two months’ time for compliance of the deficiencies which have already been pointed out failing which the application shall stand rejected. The matter to come up on 18.09.2023

Vipul Kumar Dahiya (AR) are present on the behalf of the promoter. Since, the layout plan and zoning plan of the project are revised pursuant to the grant of additional license by DTCP in view of the policy circulated by Government vide memo no. Misc-862/2023/7/1/2023-2TCP/11689-91 dated 24.04.2023. Moreover, the promoter has submitted the consent of 2/3rd allottees and in reference to public notice issued by the Authority, no objection is received. Therefore, the Authority decides to grant registration as proposed. The Registration Certificate be issue after submission of remaining documents. Further this is without prejudice to the rights of the present allottees under section 12, 14 and 18(1) of the Act which shall continue to be governed by the BBAs signed with individual allottees.
