    During the online hearing, Mr. Ashish Drall, the authorized signatory of the promoter was present. The representative is directed to submit the following documents within a week: - 1.      Approved fire scheme/sanction letter. 2.      Approved environmental clearance. 3.      Approved service plan and estimates. 4.      Copy of non-encumbrance certificate certified by tehsildar of the Revenue department need to be submitted.    5.      Copy of superimposed demarcation plan on approved the layout plan showing khasra number not submitted. 6.      Deficit fee ₹2,38,945/- The matter is fixed for 14.09.2020 at 3:00p.m.

Accordingly, Certificate was issued but so far no certificate is provided to the promoter. Accordingly, Certificate of Registration No. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/407/139/2020/23 dated 14.09.2020 be issued.
