The authority directed the promoter to submit the deficit documents which are mentioned below:- 1)     Renewal of license no 44 of 2010. 2)     Approved Service plan and estimates. 3)     Project report. 4)     Deficit Fee - Rs. 1,56,62,477/-. 5)     Non encumbrances certificate, if encumbrances than the ROC form. 6)     Sale Deed for supporting land cost. 7)     Interest on EDC INR 4377.64 lacs needs to be explained. 8)     Interest on loan INR 9854.22 lacs needs to be provided. 9)     Approved supporting documents. 10)Details of financial resources of the project. 11)Details of 100%, 70% & 30% needs to be filled in DPI. 12)Board resolution to be resubmitted. 13)Affidavit of promoter regarding arrangement with bank of master account. 14)Undertaking from bank regarding RERA compliance. 15)Repayment schedule of bank loan. 16)ROC Statement showing details of charges. 17)Loan sanction letter from financial institutions. 18)Details of assets mortgaged/charged to the bank. 19)Copy of annual report of 2018-19. 20)CA certificate for expenses incurred & inventory valuation. 21)DPI needs to be submit after the corrections. Next Date of hearing be fixed on 17.02.2020.

During online hearing, Sh. Vikram is present on behalf of the builder authorized through board resolution. It has come to the notice of the authority that the promoter has not submitted the deficit documents which are as follows: ·         License no. 44 of 2010 valid till 08.06.2020. ·         Service plan estimates applied to DTCP, but final approval awaited. ·         List of sold unsold inventory.    Part-C-Project Details  ·         Details of Encumbrance on land.  Part-H-Details of Separate Bank Account ·         Board resolution mentioning 100% Master, 70% RERA & 30%-Free a/c.  Part-I-Quarterly Schedule of Physical & financial Progress  ·         ROC statement showing details of charges.  ·         Statement of quarterly estimated expenditure & source of funds along with net cash flow statement in the format provided in DPI.  The promoter is also directed to give details of the account where the money of sold inventory has been deposited. The promoter shall submit the affidavit regarding a deposit of 70% of the sale proceeds in the RERA account. Also, the details of the loan taken against this project need to be submitted. Next date of hearing is fixed for 22.06.2020
