During personal hearing, Sh. Pushpender Singh is present on behalf of the promoter. The promoter has submitted the reply of deficiency notice dated 12.01.2021 which was scrutinized and found that all the deficiencies have been fulfilled by the promoter except approved electrical load availability NOC, HUDA construction water NOC, approval for storm water drainage and sewerage disposal, approved zoning plan, approved service estimates and plans for which affidavit was submitted by the promoter declaring that he will submit these aforesaid statutory approvals within 3 months. Therefore, the authority has decided to grant provisional registration certificate and direct the promoter to submit the deficit documents within 3 months from the date of grant of registration certificate.
