Further, the details of financial liabilities sought vide earlier proceeding dated 16.12.2024 have also not yet been submitted along with other documents. The application for registration of the project is pending before the Authority since 25.06.2024. Since the promoter has failed to rectify the deficiencies conveyed vide notice dated 02.08.2024 despite 12 opportunities provided, the application for registration of the project is rejected and returned subject to forfeiture of the processing fee. The registration fee will be adjusted as and when the application is filed afresh.
