During personal hearing, Sh. Dinesh Sharma is present on behalf of the promoter. The promoter has submitted the reply of deficiency notice dated 14.01.2021 which was scrutinized and found that all the deficiencies have been fulfilled by the promoter except approved service estimates and plans, fire scheme approval and environment clearance for which application already filed in the concerned department. Registration fee, processing fee is duly paid by the promoter. Online correction has been got corrected by the promoter. Therefore, the authority has decided to grant provisional registration certificate and direct the promoter to submit the approved service estimates and plans, fire scheme approval within 3 months from the date of grant of registration certificate and copy of environment clearance within 1 year from the date of grant of registration certificate.
