The promoter has applied for registration u/s 4 of the Act of 2016 but the finally approved layout plan with specific number and date and approval of zoning plan are not available in the file. In view of the same, the Authority decided to return the application of the promoter after forfeiting the processing fee i.e., Rs 5,04,562/- and refund the balance amount i.e., Rs 2,57,718/- deposited by the promoter with the direction to submit the file a fresh after obtaining the approved layout and Zoning plan approval from the competent Authority.
