Sh. Shashank Sharma, Associate Engineer Executive briefed about the facts of the project. Sh. Vineet Maheshwari (President, Legal), Sh. Siddhartha Kapoor (VP), Sh. Vedant Batra(AR) is present on behalf of the promoter and states that final approval of BIP will be obtained within a period of 1 week. The Authority observes that, the promoter does not have legal capacity to apply for the registration as the final approval of BIP is still pending. Further, the promoter is directed to submit the final BIP permission from DTCP so that the file can be scrutnized accordingly. The matter to come up on 23.12.2024.
