Sh. Sumeet, Engineering Officer and Ms. Asha, Chartered Accountant briefed about the facts of the project. Sh. Yudhveer Singh (AR) and Sh. Ashwani Kumar (AR) are present on behalf of the promoter. The AR states that no sale or advertisement in respect of earlier registered project measuring 0.65 acres vide RC No. 76 of 2023 has been made till date and an affidavit to this effect duly signed by the director of the company shall be submitted within one week. Further the approval of plans have been obtained by clubbing the earlier license/registered area and there is no distinct phasing and hence a fresh RC in respect of total area admeasuring 1.025 acres shall be applied with a request to supersede the earlier RC. The concerned official of the authority to check the site and submit report after local verification within two weeks to ascertain the veracity of claim of having no sale affected. The fees paid in respect of the above additional area applied for fresh RC shall be adjusted while applying for the total area including earlier registered area and no discount in respect of fees paid towards earlier area registered. The matter to come up on 08.01.2024.

The promoter has submitted an application for inclusion of earlier licensed/registered area along with the area applied now for registration due to grant of additional license by DGTCP for an area measuring 0.375 acres. In view of the same the above application is allowed to be withdrawn and the processing fee paid for the above application stand forfeited and registration fee be adjusted in the revised application.
