Right now it is more a promise than a plan we can assess: there is no land area, tower count, unit size, possession date or RERA number on our file. Even the club size quoted in the material, 13 million sq.ft, looks like a typing error. Treat it as one to watch, and move only once the registration, layout and cost sheet are in your hands.
