The bigger question is execution. This is Meffier Infra's first high-rise, after a track record of plots and low-rise floors in Sohna, and its own website does not yet list the project. There is no RERA registration, no official price and no approved plan, while even the pre-launch figures vary between sources. Treat this as a watch-list project: wait for the HARERA filing and compare the final price with established developers' launches in Sectors 63A to 66.
