The Camellias is DLF's most exclusive address in Gurgaon. It sits inside DLF5 Golf Links in Sector 42, off Golf Course Road, looking across the golf course towards the Aravallis. You are buying into a finished, well-run DLF5 community on the golf course, with very large homes, a serious clubhouse and the kind of infrastructure most projects only promise. At about 75 crore and up, it is for a very small set of buyers, so the questions are practical ones. Which tower and floor, and what does it look at? How much are the monthly maintenance and club charges? And how does the price compare with recent deals here and in The Magnolias and The Aralias?
