The developer calls it one of the tallest developments in Gurugram, and the plan includes private lifts that open into each home, a Skyhub with a rooftop pool and a sports pavilion. The official site is short on facts, though: there are no unit sizes, no price list, no tower count and no possession date. You cannot judge value until you have a cost sheet with carpet areas. RERA registration 29 of 2022 is published, so check the HARERA filing for the land area, unit count and completion date before you commit. Tulip's delivery record so far is mostly in Sectors 69 and 70, at lower price points than this.
