Silverglades Hill Homes is a small hill community just above Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh, from Gurugram developer Silverglades. The idea is simple: a home in the pines you can drive up to for the weekend, with mountain views from the verandah and a clubhouse to meet friends.
The developer describes a mix of four-bedroom bungalows, villas and two-bedroom residences, set in a garden layout rather than towers. The bungalows come in three clusters named The Deodars, The Cedars and The Firs, with verandahs and decks facing the mountains, attic rooms lit by dormer windows, bay windows and separate quarters for staff.
At the centre is a clubhouse with a cafe, games room, lounge, library, bar and a gym with steam and sauna. The floor plans on record run from a 1,700 sq ft two-bedroom home to four-bedroom homes of 3,350 and 4,000 sq ft, and the developer quotes prices of ₹4 to 5 Cr.

Homes of 1,700 to 4,000 sq ft at ₹4 to 5 Cr put it among the larger second homes on offer around Kasauli. Two things to check before you go further: the developer's page lists RERA as not applicable and the latest construction photos on its site date from April 2021, so ask for the HP RERA status, the current stage of construction and a firm handover date in writing.
