Elan Group built its name on commercial real estate — high-street malls with attached multiplexes and five-star hotels along Golf Course Extension Road, Dwarka Expressway and Sohna Road — before turning that same design-forward, consultant-led approach toward residential addresses with The Presidential and, more recently, The Emperor and The Statement. Across eleven live projects, the pattern holds: fewer, bigger bets, each built around a distinct architectural idea rather than a repeatable template.
Elan buyers split fairly cleanly into two camps — retail investors chasing assured-return commercial units in one of Elan's malls, and super-luxury homebuyers drawn to the same design ambition applied to a residence instead of a shopfront.
Retail built as experience. From Mercado and Town Centre through to Miracle, Empire, Paradise and The Mark, Elan's malls lean on names like UHA London, ACPL, Benoy and Arcop rather than treating retail architecture as an afterthought — water bodies, hanging retail pods and multi-screen multiplexes recur across the portfolio.
A residential arm still finding its shape. The Presidential sold out entirely as Elan's first residential bet on Dwarka Expressway; The Emperor and The Statement are the group's newest, considerably larger super-luxury follow-ups, each built around a ten-plus consultant masterplan.
A track record with both ends visible. Epic, Town Centre, Mercado and Miracle are already delivered and operating, giving Elan's newer, under-construction launches an actual completed portfolio to point back to.
