Naveen Kumar, Director31 Oct 2026The Seven Lamps is one of the older, settled societies in Vatika India Next, and that is its main appeal: you can walk the towers, see how maintenance has held up and talk to residents before buying. The size range is wide, from a 910 sq ft 1 BHK to 4,400 sq ft penthouses, so it works for a first home as well as a large family upgrade. Open views over low-rise neighbours are a genuine plus. The trade-offs are an older building stock, no published RERA registration (the project predates it), and no official price, so value has to be judged on a unit-by-unit resale basis against newer launches nearby.
Best suited to: Buyers or investors who want a ready home in an established New Gurgaon township
