The size range runs from compact 2 BHK homes to 3,680 sq ft 4 BHK units, so it covers a broad set of buyers. The caution is the timeline. Phase 1 was registered in 2017 with a 2022 completion date, and its occupation certificate only appears on HARERA in October 2026, so delays have been long. Vatika has not published prices, and Phase 2 is a separate stage, so confirm which phase and tower you are buying and its registered completion date.
