Sobha posts record Q1 bookings, with NCR sales at Rs 1,384 crore

Sobha Ltd recorded its highest ever quarterly sales bookings in Q1 FY27, at Rs 3,656 crore, a 76% jump from about Rs 2,079 crore a year earlier. It sold 1,432 homes and plots covering 2.34 million sq ft.

The company launched 6.89 million sq ft of saleable area across three projects in Bengaluru and Gurugram during the quarter. Delhi NCR brought in Rs 1,384 crore, close to 38% of total sales, while Bengaluru contributed Rs 2,067 crore. Sobha also completed 671 homes across eight projects.

For Gurugram buyers, Sobha's growing NCR share shows that southern developers known for in-house construction quality are finding strong demand here. That widens the choice in the premium segment and puts healthy pressure on local developers to match build standards.
