Signature Global's Tonino Lamborghini Residences lifts Q1 pre-sales

Signature Global, better known for mid-income housing, is pushing further into luxury. During Q1 FY27 it launched Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Sector 71, Gurugram, its first branded residence, created with the Italian luxury brand. The first phase drew a strong response and added meaningfully to quarterly sales.
Pre-sales for the quarter came in at Rs 1,970 crore, up 25% from the previous quarter, with collections of Rs 670 crore. Average realisation rose to Rs 17,093 per sq ft, compared with Rs 15,250 in FY26, which the company links to a better product mix and demand for premium homes in Gurugram.
For buyers, the rising per sq ft figure is a useful signal. Premium pricing along the Southern Peripheral Road is firming, and branded projects are commanding a clear premium over standard launches.
