Signature Global plans a 194-acre luxury farmhouse villa enclave in Farrukhnagar

Signature Global has lined up 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar, on Gurugram's western side, for its first farmhouse villa project. It is buying 25 acres outright and has signed a collaboration agreement with the landowners for the remaining 169.22 acres.

The land carries about 6.77 million sq ft of development potential, and the estimated gross development value is Rs 5,500 to 6,000 crore. The site has frontage on Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road, with access to the Dwarka Expressway and the KMP Expressway. Founder Pradeep Aggarwal described it as a private, low-density destination rather than a conventional residential project.

For buyers who want land and privacy rather than a high-rise, this is a sign that large-format villa living is arriving on Gurugram's western edge. Launch dates and pricing have not been announced yet.
