NCR home prices up 12% in Q3 2026, the steepest rise among top cities: ANAROCK

ANAROCK's numbers for July to September 2026 show NCR buyers closing deals on 13,765 homes. That is 3% more than the previous quarter, though about 1% below the same quarter last year. Across the seven largest cities, sales came to roughly 1,00,220 units.

The standout figure for our region is price. NCR saw a 12% year-on-year jump, the highest of all seven markets. At the same time, developers held back, and new launches in NCR fell 14% to 10,900 units.

For buyers, this points to a market where demand is running ahead of fresh supply. When fewer new projects arrive and prices keep climbing, good ready options in established Gurugram sectors tend to get picked up quickly. If you have shortlisted a home, it makes sense to compare it against recent transactions rather than wait for a sharp correction.
