Max Estates reported pre-sales of Rs 1,093 crore in Q1 FY27, about five times the level of a year earlier, with collections of Rs 491 crore. The standout was The Terraces at Estate 361 in Gurugram, launched in May 2026, whose first phase was fully sold in the launch quarter and contributed roughly Rs 500 crore.

Estate 361 has now clocked Rs 2,489 crore in cumulative pre-sales, while its earlier Estate 360 in Gurugram is completely sold at Rs 4,831 crore.

More supply is coming. The company plans phased launches from Q2 FY27, including a luxury project on a 7.25 acre plot in Sector 59, Gurugram, with an expected value above Rs 3,900 crore and a targeted Q3 FY27 launch. Buyers interested in wellness-led luxury homes near Golf Course Extension Road may want to register interest early.
