Jacob & Co x GB Realty x Salman Khan: Branded Luxury Arrives in Mohali

Some launches are easy to forget. This isn’t one of them.
Jacob & Co., the luxury brand known around the world for its watches and jewellery, has partnered with GB Realty to build branded residences in Aerocity, Mohali. Salman Khan is also part of the project, which tells you how much attention it’s going to get.
The project sits on 9 acres in Aerocity’s D Block. The land is open on three sides and has a 1,000 ft frontage, so it won’t be hidden behind other buildings. It will have eight towers, each G+18, with 520 residences in all. That works out to a lot of open space around every home, and that’s the kind of planning a branded project should have.
The homes
Two sizes are open for sale right now, and both are generous:
3 BHK: 3,065 sq.ft
4 BHK: 5,725 sq.ft and 6,370 sq.ft
These aren’t apartments built to squeeze in one more room. They’re built for families who want space to live in.
The price, and why timing matters
The listed rate is ₹16,500 per sq.ft. For the inaugural phase, there’s a ₹2,000 per sq.ft discount, which brings the net rate down to ₹14,500. That’s a real saving. On the 3 BHK, it comes to about ₹61 lakh. On the larger 4 BHK, it’s over ₹1.2 Cr. Roughly, that puts the 3 BHK at around ₹4.44 Cr and the 4 BHKs at about ₹8.30 Cr and ₹9.24 Cr, before taxes and other charges. The discount is for a limited time, and once it ends, it ends.
How you pay
The payment plan is simple and doesn’t ask for everything upfront:
₹50 lakh at booking
30% once RERA approval comes through, expected in December
30% when the superstructure is complete
40% at possession
The largest share comes at the very end, when the keys are in your hand. For a project at this level, that’s a comfortable way to buy.
Why it’s worth a look
