Gurugram office stock crosses 100 million sq ft, largest in North India: CBRE

Gurugram has become North India's largest office market, with total office stock now past 100 million sq ft, according to CBRE. Over the past five years the city leased about 40 million sq ft, and it added 21 million sq ft of new supply between 2021 and the first quarter of 2026.

The quality of that stock is notable too. Around 59 million sq ft is green certified and about 35 million sq ft is institutionally owned. International companies leased more than 17 million sq ft here in five years, and CBRE expects the city's office inventory to reach 120 to 125 million sq ft by 2030.

For home seekers, a deep and growing job base is one of the strongest supports for housing demand, rentals and resale values across Gurugram.
