Godrej Samaris brings in Rs 1,248 crore of bookings in Q1 FY27

Godrej Properties posted its strongest ever first quarter, with booking value of Rs 8,651 crore in Q1 FY27, up 22% year on year. The company sold 3,738 units across 6.2 million sq ft, and collections rose 18% to Rs 4,348 crore.

Gurugram played a big part. Godrej Samaris recorded bookings of Rs 1,248 crore in the quarter, making it the second biggest contributor after Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru. NCR as a whole accounted for 18% of the company's bookings.

Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej said he expects sales momentum to continue, led by end user demand, and that the company is on track for Rs 39,000 crore of bookings this year. For buyers, it shows that well branded Gurugram launches are still being absorbed quickly, so early decisions tend to get better inventory choice.
