Global City on Dwarka Expressway to be linked to four major highways

HSIIDC's Global City, a mixed-use township of about 1,000 acres in Sectors 36, 36B, 37, 37A and 37B along Dwarka Expressway, is getting a wider road network. Plans link it to Dwarka Expressway through a grade-separated interchange and an underground link, as well as to NH-48, Pataudi Road and the KMP Expressway. A new arterial road near Narsinghpur will give direct NH-48 access.

The first phase began last year and is targeted for completion by the end of 2026, with full build-out running through 2035. The project could draw around Rs 1 lakh crore of investment and create over 5 lakh jobs, and a 620 to 700 metre tower is proposed on a 6.7-acre plot.

For buyers, this is a strong signal for the Dwarka Expressway sectors nearby, where a large job hub could lift rental and resale demand.
