DLF readies Rs 2,000 crore senior living project on Golf Course Extension Road

DLF is preparing to enter the senior living segment with its first dedicated retirement housing project, planned in Sector 63 along Golf Course Extension Road. The development covers roughly 5 lakh sq ft and carries a revenue potential of about Rs 2,000 crore, according to Business Today.

Aakash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers, said the company will be launching it soon, with a formal announcement expected once regulatory approvals are in place. DLF's wider launch pipeline for FY2027 also includes Hamilton 2.

For families planning for ageing parents, or buyers over 55 who want a managed, secure community, this is worth watching. A branded developer in a proven micro-market could set a benchmark for retirement living in Gurugram. Wait for the RERA details and pricing before committing.
