The developer's own map shows a proposed metro line along this corridor and places the project next to Tulip's older Sector 69 and 70 communities, including Tulip Violet and Tulip Ivory.
Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and NH-48 are the main routes out of the area. The developer has not published travel times, so check commute times to your office yourself.

The plan is efficient for a 4 BHK at this size, with 1,858 sq ft of carpet, and the specification list is generous, with VRF air conditioning, kitchen appliances and a jacuzzi tub in the master toilet. The landscape plan is detailed and keeps cars off the podium. Tulip has a long record of handing over homes in Sectors 69 and 70, which helps. The gaps are price and timing: no official price list or possession date is published, so the value cannot be judged yet. With 36-floor towers, ask about lift count per core. If you need a 3 BHK or something bigger, there is no option here.
