Naveen Kumar, Director31 Oct 2026Millgrove is unusual for Gurugram: a small, finished, gated plotted estate where 51 of the 65 plots exceed 1,100 sq.yd, on about 30 licensed acres. The infrastructure is already in place, with a completion certificate from October 2022, service lanes, piped gas, a dedicated 33 kV line and well-kept parks, so buyers are not taking construction risk on the colony itself. The trade-offs are the location and the price opacity. It fronts NH-48 near Kherki Daula, which brings traffic and highway noise, and several of the connectivity gains are still proposals. No official price is published, so a per sq.yd comparison is not possible, and buyers also carry the time and cost of building their own home.
Best suited to: Buyers who want to build a large independent home in a finished gated estate
