Triverse Verified

How we verify projects

The Triverse Verified badge means our own team has checked the project on the ground and on paper. It is our check, made by our advisors, and developers cannot pay for it or ask for it.

  • Visited on the groundAn advisor has been to the site.
  • Checked on HARERARegistration and dates on record.
  • Free and independentDevelopers cannot pay for it.
What we check

Four checks before a project gets the badge.

Each verified project is visited by an advisor and checked against official records before the badge appears on its page and cards.

  1. 01

    Site visit

An advisor visits the site and the sales office, and checks that the location, access roads and construction stage match what is shown on our page.

  2. 02

    RERA registration

We check the project and each phase on the HARERA website, including the registration number, the promoter and the completion date it has committed to.

  3. 03

    Our listing

We check configurations, sizes, the starting price and the possession timeline on our page against the developer's official price list and brochure.

  4. 04

    The developer

We look at the developer's record on delivered projects and at any HARERA orders against them.

How long it lasts

We check verified projects again when there is news about them, such as a new phase, a change in price or possession date, or a HARERA order. If a project no longer meets these checks, we remove the badge.

What it does not mean

The badge is not a guarantee of the developer's future performance, of possession dates or of returns, and it is not legal, tax or investment advice. Please do your own checks, read the agreement carefully, and see our disclaimer.
