SS ONE is a single 42-storey residential tower by SS Group in Sector 83, New Gurugram. It is Phase 2 of the same licensed group housing colony as SS Cendana, and its residents get access to Club 83, the clubhouse shared with that township.

At ₹2.83 Cr for the entry unit, and assuming that applies to the 1,770 sq ft home, the rate is about ₹16,000 per sq ft of super area, slightly above Cendana's. Italian marble and VRV air conditioning are a step up in specification. The catch is efficiency: brochure carpet areas of 979 - 1,009 sq ft are only about 52 - 57% of the quoted sizes, so compare on carpet. No tower-specific possession date is published; the shared registration runs to March 2029, and a 42-floor tower launched in 2026 may need longer.
Best suited to: Families wanting a 3 BHK in a low-density tower near Dwarka Expressway
