The developer publishes carpet areas, which helps; on carpet that same unit is about ₹24,800 per sq ft, because carpet is only around 59% of the super area. Two pools, a tennis court and a full clubhouse are good for the price. The trade-off is scale: 10 towers on 12.6 acres, and the RERA registration counts 1,336 main units across the wider SS Cendana and SS Kiavasa project, so expect a busy community. Completion is declared for March 2029; check the construction progress.
Best suited to: Families after a 3 BHK in a large amenity-rich township at a mid-range budget
