The clubhouse is unusually well equipped for the price band, and the 30:70 payment offer reduces how much you pay before possession. The trade-offs are time and density: HARERA lists completion in September 2031, and 512 homes on about 5 acres makes for tall, closely spaced towers. Sector 90 is also further from Cyber City and Golf Course Road than Dwarka Expressway sectors nearer Delhi. Confirm the carpet area, which is not published, before comparing it with other 4 BHKs.
Best suited to: Families wanting a large 4 BHK on a staggered payment plan who can wait until 2031
