Sobha City is a 39-acre township by Sobha in Sector 108, Gurgaon, set just off the Dwarka Expressway with Delhi's reserved green belt along two of its sides. The earlier phases, 14 towers with more than 1,100 homes, are sold out and already lived in, and Sobha reports occupancy certificates for six towers.
The current and final phase is Vista Residences: 396 four-bedroom homes of 2,423 to 2,459 sq.ft, which Sobha lists from ₹4.14 Cr with possession from 2028. The design takes cues from Lutyens' Delhi, with formal gardens and long views across the landscaped areas.

Location & surroundings
Sector 108 sits right beside the Dwarka Expressway, which runs north to Dwarka and Delhi and south to NH-48. Sobha International City is next door in Sector 109, and Sobha Altus and Sobha Strada are a short way along the same road in Sector 106.
Because Delhi's reserved greens border the township on two sides, those edges should stay open. The airport and Delhi are reached via the expressway rather than through the city's inner roads.

Vista Residences starts at ₹4.14 Cr for 2,423 sq.ft, roughly ₹17,100 per sq.ft on the published entry price. That is not cheap for this stretch of the Dwarka Expressway, and you are paying for the township's scale and amenities. On the other hand, possession is from 2028, so you wait while a ready resale flat in the same complex can be had now. Sizes vary very little across this phase, so tower position, floor and view will decide how much you like your unit.
Best suited to: Families after a large 4 BHK in an established, amenity-rich township who can wait until 2028
